We accept and submit claims for all insurances. We are a preferred provider for several insurance and umbrella insurance companies. If you prefer to see an in-network provider, please verify with your insurance company if they consider our office in-network.
Most insurances also offer out-of-network benefits. We are happy to get a breakdown of coverage for anyone who needs assistance or help understanding their coverage.
Medicaid does not pay to our office, and we are unable to submit claims to them.
